DUSQ Raises INR 24 Cr Seed Funding led by Fireside Ventures
DUSQ, a Delhi-NCR sleeptech startup (formerly InnerGize), secured ₹24 crore ($2.6M) in seed funding led by Fireside Ventures, with Antler India, Climber Capital, Startup Sherpas, Vaishav Investments, and angels like Avnish Anand (CaratLane co-founder) and Shivam Puri (Cipla Health CEO).
Originally launched in 2023 as InnerGize for stress relief via vagus nerve stimulation wearables (after ₹6.5 Cr pre-seed), DUSQ pivoted to sleep regulation, using adhesive ear wearables for pre-sleep stimulation and smart sensors for recovery tracking. Backed by 50M+ physiological data points from trials in its in-house sleep lab, it targets brain-body desynchrony rather than mere monitoring.
Funds will expand neuroscience/hardware teams, develop IPs, enhance the sleep lab, and launch in the US by March 2026, with India following later.
Co-founder Siddhant Bhargava said: “We believe the next frontier of healthtech is not more data – it’s restored biological function. We’re not building another tracker; we’re building infrastructure for human recovery. This funding allows us to take an India-built deep-science product into global markets with confidence.”
