Clayco Cosmetics Secures INR 30 Cr Series A Funding
Clayco Cosmetics, a direct-to-consumer premium skincare brand founded in 2023 by Niharika Jhunjhunwala, raised ₹29.99 crore ($3.3 million) in a fresh Series A round from London-based Twenty Nine Capital Partners.
The startup’s board allotted 1,529 Series A non-cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at a ₹1.96 lakh premium on December 23, 2025. Funds will fuel expansion, product innovation, marketing, R&D, and omnichannel growth across digital platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, Zepto, and Blinkit.
The ₹29.99 crore ($3.3 million) Series A funding from Twenty Nine Capital Partners will enable Clayco Cosmetics to scale operations, ramp up brand marketing, and broaden its distribution network across online and offline channels.
India’s D2C beauty market is surging due to higher disposable incomes, growing skincare consciousness, and social media-driven trends.
